Sr. Assistant Project Manager - Field

Salary: $89,250–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate small tenant improvements, capital improvements, assignments, and building or site repairs.
• Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and project invoices.
• Identify site requirements, estimate costs, prepare schedules, and coordinate completion of work.
• Participate in building evaluations and assist with physical audit reports.
• Support consultant and construction contractor selection and contracting.
• Prepare status reports and obtain approvals for project plans, organizational changes, and expenditures above budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or a related technical area preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred.
• Strong client focus, organizational skills, time management, communication, multitasking, and team orientation.
