What you will do
- Manage laboratory activities for assigned clinical trial projects throughout startup, maintenance, and closeout.
- Lead study setup and planning, including protocol and budget reviews, project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and action logs.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, study documentation, quality, scope changes, budgets, and service-related issues.
- Build customer relationships, coordinate communication across operational areas, and escalate and triage study-level issues.
- Represent the company at investigator and other meetings, participate in audits and inspections, and provide training to sites, CRAs, customers, and less experienced staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management, or a laboratory environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of clinical research terminology, project management processes, and central laboratory operations, including kits, logistics, specimen storage, data transfers, and site alerts.
- Experience leading Phase I–IV clinical trials preferred.
- Strong customer management, organization, communication, and deadline-management skills.
- Good command of English is required.
