Finance Manager (Junior Position)

Location: Lima, Peru; full-time schedule with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and implement small-scale projects to identify value-creation opportunities across business categories.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and build organizational capability.
• Support business development and decision-making processes.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and follow relevant legal, tax, and internal stewardship requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, financial reporting, and business performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, self-organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
