Location: Onsite at ’s Auckland Production Complex, New Zealand. Occasional domestic travel and flexibility for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts may be required. New Zealand roles require pre-employment background and nationality checks for access to ITAR-regulated equipment and data; eligibility may depend on citizenship of Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the European Union, or a NATO country.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support, answer staff inquiries, and handle support issues and complaints.
- Track and update incident, request, problem, change, project, and other support documentation.
- Onboard new hires by setting up the systems, devices, and access needed for productivity from day one.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services, systems, and processes.
- Support staff and IT operations across a global organization.
Requirements
- At least two years of IT support experience and a high school diploma.
- Operational experience in at least two areas: Windows or Linux desktop systems, PC hardware, networking, scripting, or Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with desktop imaging, maintenance, troubleshooting, and PC assembly or disassembly.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and DNS troubleshooting.
- Must work onsite in Auckland and meet applicable New Zealand ITAR access eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ or ITIL certification.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, O365, virtualization, public or private cloud, IaaS, or IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, prompt writing, evaluation of AI-generated outputs, and AI-driven service improvements.
- Experience supporting medium to complex end-to-end IT projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
