(Developmental) Content Editor

Location: Fully remote within the Americas or EMEA

Rate: $65/hour

What you will do

• Review long-form B2B SaaS content, including blog posts, ebooks, guides, SEO, AEO/GEO, and thought leadership pieces.
• Edit for substance, structure, logic, audience alignment, and connection to the client’s business goals.
• Provide actionable feedback ranging from big-picture guidance to inline edits.
• Review occasional copy for LinkedIn, landing pages, and other formats.
• Build deep familiarity with an assigned customer pool, including their businesses, brands, audiences, and content strategies.

Requirements

• Experience writing and editing diverse B2B technology content, especially long-form content.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO/GEO best practices.
• Ability to explain recommended changes clearly while balancing candor with respect.
• Ability to quickly understand new industries, companies, and products.
• Knowledge of and interest in B2B technology, content marketing trends, and best practices.
• Availability for 5–10 hours per week and delivery of edits within one business day.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a B2B technology company.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching writers.
