Base pay: €52,000–€86,365 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute medical affairs strategies for neuroscience products and disease areas in alignment with local and regional priorities.
- Build scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, scientific societies, and patient organizations.
- Translate external insights, emerging evidence, and unmet medical needs into medical strategy and actions.
- Drive clinical research, real-world evidence programs, and investigator-sponsored studies.
- Lead scientific communication, medical education, and publication activities in accordance with scientific integrity and compliance standards.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to support current and future product launches.
Requirements
- Medical degree or another advanced scientific degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and scientific engagement.
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Neuroscience, especially autoimmune neurological diseases or related therapeutic areas.
- Experience supporting products through different lifecycle stages, including launch preparation.
