Location: Mateur, Tunisia; onsite role

What you will do
- Manage and supervise the People Development, Leadership & Culture organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Lead direct reports, define objectives and responsibilities, provide guidance, and evaluate results.
- Plan team activities and ensure requests are handled across all activity stages.
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and established processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to better service delivery.
- Drive organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- English at C1 level and fluent French are required.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, PAI, and Quality.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and social and intercultural sensitivity.
- Change management, conflict management, target and result orientation, motivation, resilience, and self-organization.
