Growth Marketing Manager (SEO/AEO)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office work required

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day website roadmap, including launching new pages, publishing changes, and improving workflows and tooling.
• Set and execute SEO and AEO strategy across traditional search and AI-driven search surfaces such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Explore and implement programmatic approaches to scale content production and search visibility.
• Manage content contractors and coordinate production with internal teams.
• Own website localization and support multi-market expansion, including cookie consent and privacy policy updates.

Requirements

• Experience owning a company website and independently publishing pages and changes in a CMS such as Webflow.
• Hands-on SEO and AEO expertise, including strategy development, execution, and measurement.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS, scripting, or web development.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and interpreting performance data.
• Ability to measure SEO/AEO impact on pipeline rather than traffic alone.
• Experience managing contractors or freelancers and collaborating with internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with website localization, hreflang, or multi-market SEO.
• Experience building programmatic SEO or content systems.
• Familiarity with Clay, Unify, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience working with a technical growth lead or growth engineering function.
