What you will do

  • Write and compile internal and external reports and documents in Chinese and English.
  • Support the organization and analysis of business data.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Support cross-department communication, coordination, and related projects.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the department head.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Fluent German and English are required.
  • Availability of 20 hours per week or more.

Nice to have

  • Education in economics, commerce, or financial studies.
  • Chinese writing skills.
