What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across Growth disciplines, from sourcing through offer close.
• Build pipelines for User Acquisition, Creative Strategy, Artist, and Developer roles.
• Use networks, events, communities, referrals, and unconventional sourcing channels across Türkiye’s gaming ecosystem.
• Create personalized local outreach that resonates with candidates in the Turkish gaming market.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, and closing while sharing local market insights with the global Talent Acquisition team.
• Map the competitive landscape and strengthen the employer brand in Istanbul.

Requirements

• Hiring experience in the gaming industry in Türkiye, with strong knowledge of local studios, talent pools, and market dynamics.
• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and highly organized with structured working methods.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Ability to work with the Istanbul-based on-site teams under a hybrid policy.
