Focus on adapting risk models to Front and Trading needs, maintaining market risk control applications, and collaborating with Model Validation, Product Control, Finance, and senior management.

What you will do

  • Develop valuation adjustment risk management frameworks, market risk models, and related risk controls.
  • Adapt risk frameworks to the changing needs of Front and Trading units.
  • Report market risk daily and communicate trading risk topics to management.
  • Assess new products, trading positions, and hedging strategies.
  • Develop and maintain market risk control IT applications.
  • Contribute to regulatory, Trading, and group-wide projects.

Requirements

  • Higher university degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, or Quantitative Finance.
  • Several years of experience in a trading environment, including market risk, valuation control, model validation, or trading.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and their representation in trading systems.
  • Experience with front trading applications such as Front Arena or Murex.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess problems comprehensively.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, collaborate with technically minded colleagues, and communicate with senior management.
