Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and operate production-ready conversational AI agents for large-scale enterprise customers.
• Own the full AI agent lifecycle from pilot through launch, evaluation, and ongoing refinement.
• Build integrated agents for customer experience use cases such as retention and churn reduction.
• Design reusable agent frameworks adapted to different industries, including financial services, healthcare, and commerce.
• Lead design partnerships for agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative development workflows.
• Integrate emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments and improve production agent standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Working knowledge of AI agent tooling, including evaluation frameworks, orchestration tools, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work directly with customers, understand complex problems, and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Clear communication skills for working with both engineers and executives.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and align technical and business teams.
