Junior IT Procurement Specialist (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days; WFA options are also mentioned.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including gathering requirements, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and verifying incoming assets.
• Acquire servers, network equipment, IPv4/IPv6 resources, cloud assets, and related infrastructure services.
• Maintain relationships with international hardware vendors and service providers, assist with basic negotiations, and update contract documentation.
• Track hardware lifecycles, server allocations, and network resource utilization across data centers.
• Work with technology, DevOps, and finance teams to forecast infrastructure needs and resolve delivery bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of IT hardware, servers, networking equipment, IP addresses, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and assess hardware and software requirements.
• Ability to evaluate supplier proposals, work with numbers, and identify cost-efficient options.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to track multiple orders.
• Previous experience or an internship in IT procurement, asset management, vendor coordination, technical sales, or IT logistics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
