Location: Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland, combining remote work with office attendance

What you will do
- Use AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tools to accelerate feature development, testing, and refactoring.
- Build production-ready features for digital banking products across Angular frontends, backend services, and APIs.
- Develop maintainable TypeScript and Angular components using Nx, RxJS, and the Design System.
- Design testable components and run unit and integration test suites.
- Maintain high standards for web accessibility, security, and performance.
- Collaborate autonomously with UX, QA, and Product Managers in an Agile Scrum squad.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience focused on modern web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, RxJS, HTML5, and SASS/CSS frameworks.
- Foundational knowledge of backend integrations, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM-based testing and refactoring workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong collaboration skills in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Nx, npm, or Webpack toolchains.
