Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York; 100% on-site, 5 days per week

What you will do

• Manage technical aspects of garment production for women's knitwear, cut-and-sew, and activewear products.
• Lead live fit sessions and cross-functional meetings, documenting fitting comments and actionable pattern amendments.
• Manage grading and tolerance rules while ensuring fit, construction precision, functionality, and quality.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot pattern corrections and construction issues.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs with precise specifications and construction details.
• Adapt to changing business needs and special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel technical design, including multi-product experience.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, quality control, pattern making, and fit.
• Experience working directly with manufacturers and overseas suppliers.
• Experience with cut-and-sew tops, fleece tops, and bottoms.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Confident use of Illustrator and ability to work on-site five days per week.
