What you will do
- Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate movement of ocean export freight and information.
- Enter operational data accurately and maintain export files and reports.
- Track and trace ocean export shipments and respond to internal and external requests.
- Maintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations.
- Keep customer standard operating procedures updated and identify process improvements.
- Escalate operational issues to management when necessary.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in export operations.
- Fluent English and Dutch.
- Living in Belgium.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Understanding of ocean documentation processes is an advantage.
