What you will do
- Ensure the reliability, uptime, performance, and scalability of critical production services and infrastructure.
- Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Develop automation and tools that eliminate manual and repetitive operational work.
- Lead postmortems, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
- Maintain runbooks, escalation paths, and on-call documentation.
- Define SLIs and SLOs and collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience operating production systems in a live on-call environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Practical experience applying AI to operations, including agentic and managed AI tooling for automation, diagnostics, or incident triage.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, infrastructure as code, observability, CI/CD, incident management, and troubleshooting.
