Medical Affairs Internship (Oncology & Oncohematology): Supporting scientific and cross-functional Medical Affairs projects, literature analysis, medical review, and the preparation of scientific materials with an accent on oncology and oncohematology indications. Focus on reviewing scientific evidence, ensuring compliance of promotional materials, maintaining project documentation, and building PowerPoint reports.

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work available

What you will do

  • Contribute to Medical Plan projects and strategic Medical Affairs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collect, review, and analyze scientific literature for medical and business information needs.
  • Prepare and update scientific presentations, external materials, internal communication tools, and business reports.
  • Support the medical review of scientific and promotional materials in line with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in Medical Affairs brand team and cross-functional meetings.
  • Maintain documentation, activity trackers, repositories, meeting minutes, and project records while using company digital platforms and compliance workflows.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Fluent English at B2+/C1 level or higher.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accuracy, organizational skills, interest in scientific literature, and teamwork.
  • Availability for a six-month internship in hybrid mode in Milan, Italy.
