Marketing Manager (B2B)

hirify.global is building and promoting a product through B2B marketing, digital channels, market analysis, and cross-functional product packaging.

What you will do

• Develop the product brand together with the CMO.
• Generate and test marketing hypotheses, focusing on effective low- and medium-budget tools.
• Develop strategic directions by assessing risks, preparing budget scenarios, and justifying expected results.
• Manage the digital presence across LinkedIn, Telegram, and other channels, including planning, copy, metrics, and analysis.
• Prepare conference positioning, booth designs, marketing materials, and merchandise.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and target audiences, prepare materials in Figma, and coordinate product packaging with sales and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing and product marketing.
• Experience managing social media, including LinkedIn and Telegram.
• Ability to generate and test hypotheses, work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible under uncertainty.
• Confident command of Figma or similar tools for marketing materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian for internal communication.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above required for public-facing work.
