Focus on translating business requirements into webshop improvements, validating releases, coordinating platform partners, and solving operational issues across international markets.

What you will do
- Own and coordinate promotional activities across webshop markets, including setup, testing, execution, and optimization.
- Manage the Ratings & Reviews platform, including market rollouts, configuration, monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate the webshop A/B testing and experimentation program from idea prioritization through implementation, analysis, and documentation.
- Identify customer journey optimization opportunities using feedback, analytics, benchmarking, business requirements, and industry practices.
- Define functional and business requirements and coordinate webshop enhancements with Product Management, UX/UI, Development, Merchandising, Content, CRM, and Customer Service.
- Perform quality assurance, investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and maintain platform governance and documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, digital product management, webshop operations, or a comparable digital role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Media Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, digital platforms, and online shop commercial drivers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
- Comfortable using customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and modern AI tools to support decisions and improve processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Kameleoon, or comparable e-commerce and optimization platforms.
