Finance Business Partner

LeverX is an IT and consulting company seeking a Finance Business Partner to strengthen its team.

What you will do

• Prepare regular financial reports for projects, departments, initiatives, and management.
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and apply consistent financial logic.
• Ensure calculation accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate data corrections.
• Provide financial insights and data to project managers and department heads.
• Improve reporting workflows and data quality.
• Work with BI teams to automate recurring reports and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, controlling, or business partnering.
• Experience preparing financial reports, analyzing operational performance, and working with unit or project economics.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial models.
• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems and ability to work with large datasets and complex calculations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• English at least B1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in an IT or consulting company.
