Legal Specialist/Attorney 1 (Healthcare)

Salary: €32,200–€48,400 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and related legal documentation.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on contractual risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Support litigation through legal research, correspondence, witness coordination, document management, and external counsel liaison.
• Maintain corporate governance records, subsidiary documentation, minute books, board consents, annual filings, and corporate records.
• Manage intellectual property administration, including trademarks, trade names, domain names, applications, and renewals.
• Provide practical legal recommendations and support senior legal counsel, executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with Paralegal Certification.
• Significant experience supporting in-house legal teams in a corporate environment.
• Experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, corporate governance, litigation support, intellectual property administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
