What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across the complete game lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and live operations.
- Translate company strategy into an actionable product vision and execution plan with senior management.
- Lead Game Design, Math, Art/UX, and Engineering teams toward unified delivery goals.
- Oversee the creative, mathematical, user experience, and technical direction of casino games.
- Establish structured development workflows, milestone tracking, and cross-functional production cadences.
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, operator feedback, and post-launch metrics to guide optimization and future roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Senior product leadership experience as a Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, or Product Director in the iGaming or online casino industry.
- Track record of bringing successful slots, instant games, or table games from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, mathematical modeling, visual design standards, UX flows, and technical development constraints.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business metrics, player retention, and commercial ROI.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience aligning creative and technical teams around a shared goal.
- Experience establishing disciplined development workflows and milestone-based production processes.
