TL;DR
Tableau Developer (Tableau/SQL/Python): Building, publishing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders with an accent on Tableau Server, database management, and translating complex datasets into actionable visual insights. Focus on optimizing SQL queries and data processes across MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, integrating Python and Pandas, and supporting CI/CD workflows with Jenkins.
Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Translate complex datasets and business logic into clear, actionable visual insights.
- Manage and optimize data retrieval across MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Develop and optimize data processes with Python and Pandas.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using Jenkins.
- Use Power BI as an additional data visualization tool and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree or academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as a Tableau Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Strong SQL skills across MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, including query optimization.
- Professional Python experience with familiarity with Pandas, plus knowledge of data structures and business logic.
- English fluency at C1 level and eligibility to work in Portugal are required.

- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Power BI.
