Sr. Design Delivery Specialist (Packaging)

What you will do

• Lead artwork development and regional adaptations with marketing, design teams, internal studios, and external agencies.
• Manage design execution, timelines, print tests, trials, artwork reviews, and print quality control.
• Protect design intent and brand identity through color development, pre-press, print feasibility, and print quality management.
• Coordinate packaging design reviews, brief kick-offs, multifunctional meetings, mock-up creation, and follow-up actions.
• Improve packaging execution systems, workflows, print consistency, and project management efficiency.
• Track projects and manage project budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in print or packaging.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from concept through production.
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print capabilities, substrates, and finishes.
• Experience leading multiple high-complexity projects with strong project and time management skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, plus Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills, with the ability to compile and present information concisely.
