Quality Control Lead (AI Data)

hirify.global operates an AI data collection and video auditing function within its Operations department.

What you will do

• Lead quality control for AI data collection and video auditing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality standards, audit guidelines, checklists, and QC processes.
• Monitor auditor performance, accuracy, error rates, and quality metrics.
• Conduct regular audits, identify recurring issues and root causes, and implement improvements.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and calibration sessions to improve team accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare quality reports and lead the QC team toward operational targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Audit, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing a QC or QA team in a high-volume operational environment.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs, quality standards, and QC processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, is required; good command of English is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI data collection, data annotation, video auditing, content moderation, or AI/ML operations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with operational data.
