Senior Fullstack Developer (SaaS)

100% remote, work from anywhere. Must have some overlap with Asian and European time zones for coordination.

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer to build B2C and B2B SaaS products that millions of people use every day.

We build products ranging from résumé builders to legal document generators, turning complex challenges into simple, accessible solutions. We operate at the intersection of high-scale SaaS and the AI frontier, utilizing advanced agentic workflows in our daily development.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from shaping ideas with design and product to shipping and monitoring metrics.
• Develop performant, reusable React modules for complex editor surfaces and stateful views.
• Write clean, strictly-typed TypeScript while managing backend components like Cloud Functions, Firestore models, and API contracts.
• Integrate third-party services, AI features, and APIs while ensuring security, privacy, and performance optimization.
• Review pull requests with a critical eye, balancing AI-generated code with human judgment to maintain high quality.
• Improve internal tooling, component libraries, and agent workflows to increase team velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping complex, stateful product surfaces.
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals, including deep knowledge of rendering and state management.
• Genuine backend competence, including data modeling and security rule design.
• A strong security and privacy instinct regarding authorization, tenant isolation, and input validation.
• Demonstrable experience using AI agents effectively, including context management and code review judgment.
• Design sensibility to translate Figma frames into accessible, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfort working async and self-directed in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with our stack: pnpm, Turborepo, React 19, Vite, Zustand, TanStack Query, Next.js, GCP, Firestore, Vitest, and Playwright.
