Corporate Accountant (IFRS)

What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for holding companies under Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage group reporting submissions, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and alignment between local books and consolidated reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting for equity, shareholder loans, dividends, reserves, capital injections, and other corporate financing flows.
• Support legal entity management, restructurings, incorporations, dissolutions, statutory audits, and regulatory filings.
• Partner with Group Tax and Legal on substance, transfer pricing, withholding tax, and other local compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and automate reporting processes using accounting, consolidation, and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CA certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial reporting, including multinational and multicurrency legal entity structures.
• Advanced IFRS knowledge; familiarity with Lux GAAP, Dutch GAAP, or other European GAAPs.
• Experience with Luxembourg holding companies or cross-border finance structures.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, treasury structures, and corporate financing flows.
• Experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as OneStream or Hyperion, and ERP systems such as D365 or Yardi.
