Systems Engineer - Albania (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the technical aspects of customer sales cycles from RFIs through RFPs and RFQs.
• Manage and participate in proof-of-concept projects with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and design solutions that address technical needs and competitive challenges.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners in collaboration with sales.
• Present hirify.global solutions through whiteboarding, technical documents, plans, and customer discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, activity, and account information in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering role with responsibility for the full technical deal cycle through technical closure.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, including encryption and authentication.
• Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and measurable impact on successful customer wins.
• Ability to build customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Albania.
