TL;DR
MLOps Engineer (AI/Cloud): Designing, deploying, and scaling MLOps platforms, cloud-native services, and delivery pipelines for reliable machine learning and generative AI solutions with an accent on automation, observability, security, and governance. Focus on building production monitoring and tracing, managing AI model lifecycles, and deploying scalable AI systems and LLM-based applications.
Location: Groningen, the Netherlands

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps platforms, frameworks, and deployment pipelines for machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Develop cloud-native services, automation workflows, and CI/CD practices to improve deployment velocity and operational reliability.
- Implement monitoring, observability, tracing, and performance management for production AI and machine learning systems.
- Improve model lifecycle management, operational resilience, governance, and team effectiveness.
- Support data security, compliance, responsible AI practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior engineers and identify opportunities to improve AI engineering platforms and delivery approaches.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong software development experience with Python and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with GitHub, Docker, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building APIs and services with FastAPI or similar frameworks, plus knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and GitHub Actions.
- Good command of English and experience with observability, monitoring, tracing, machine learning lifecycle management, and production deployment.

- Experience deploying and monitoring AI agents and LLM-based applications.
