Senior Digital Sculptor (3D CAD/Hardware): Bringing next-generation hardware designs to production-ready reality through advanced 3D CAD modeling, surfacing, and photorealistic visualization with an accent on manufacturability and precision. Focus on translating industrial design intent into production-ready models, optimizing complex surfaces for manufacturing, and developing efficient modeling and visualization workflows.
Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland; at least half-time in the Helsinki Design Studio at Pohjoisesplanadi 37

What you will do
- Translate industrial design intent into precise, high-quality 3D CAD models in collaboration with industrial design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Apply advanced surfacing techniques to create complex forms that balance aesthetic quality and manufacturability.
- Produce high-fidelity visualizations and photorealistic renderings for product concepts and features.
- Optimize models for prototyping, tooling, and production using knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Iterate models based on feedback while maintaining precision, detail, and production readiness.
- Help develop new tools, workflows, and technologies for more efficient modeling and visualization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with advanced 3D CAD tools, including Autodesk Alias and Siemens NX.
- Advanced experience with KeyShot or comparable rendering and visualization tools.
- Strong foundation in industrial design principles, product development workflows, and complex design problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and their impact on 3D modeling and surface development.
- Exceptional ability to create detailed, accurate, production-ready 3D models and prepare them for rapid prototyping or tooling.
- A portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, surfacing, visualization, and contributions to shipped products.
