What you will do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end management of Board and Group-level committee actions, tracking outputs through to closure.
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate executive briefing materials, recommendations, and concise updates.
  • Manage leadership meetings, forums, governance outputs, and engagement activities.
  • Build relationships across senior leadership support teams, coordinating priorities, deadlines, and early risk identification.
  • Analyse information from multiple sources to support executive decision-making.
  • Improve governance, reporting, and business support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience managing key relationships and coordinating activity across multiple senior stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive briefings, presentations, and written recommendations.
  • Strong critical thinking, data literacy, analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work in the London hybrid pattern, spending at least two days per week or 40% of time at an office site.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting senior executives, executive offices, or leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of governance processes and committee management in a large organisation.
  • Understanding of group governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
