Senior Unity Developer (Mobile Games)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; office attendance may be required

Digital games developer and publisher creating free-to-play mobile and web games, including social casino and casual titles.

What you will do

• Create and maintain high-quality Unity game elements for mobile slots and casino games.
• Design technical solutions and prepare or review feature, functional, and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve gameplay features and user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented C# code.
• Investigate production issues and optimize performance and memory through profiling.
• Work with asset bundling mechanisms and optimization trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Unity development experience.
• Upper-intermediate English required for daily communication.
• Strong C#, OOP, software design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience developing for mobile platforms and solving complex production issues in high-scale live games.
• Experience with AI tools for development efficiency, code quality, troubleshooting, and delivery speed.
• Git proficiency, a collaborative mindset, ownership, and willingness to work with Agile methodology.

Nice to have

• Native Android or iOS development experience.
• Experience with casino and slots games.
