Procter & Gambl is hiring an HR specialist to manage Saudi government operations and general HR activities.
What you will do
- Process visas, work permits, Iqamas, and labor files through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies and advise management on operational impacts.
- Represent the organization during government visits, inspections, and meetings with ministries such as HRSD.
- Support employees with onboarding, exit clearances, and government documentation.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and identify improvement areas through assessments and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR government operations and generalist HR.
- Hands-on mastery of Saudi e-government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Availability to work at the Jeddah Jameel Square Office.
