TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of PB-scale autonomous-vehicle driving data, including status assessment, maintenance, and version updates.
- Oversee annotation workflows by defining requirements, guidelines, dataset specifications, and quality-assurance processes.
- Analyze driving scenarios, investigate system failure cases, and coordinate issue resolution with algorithm and cross-functional teams.
- Initiate data-collection campaigns targeting rare corner cases for ADAS product datasets.
- Develop automation scripts and data-processing pipelines to increase throughput and support mass-production validation.
- Align data standards and annotation practices with global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, geoinformatics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, testing, or validation engineering, preferably in automotive or ADAS.
- Script development experience, such as Python, for testing and tooling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency is required for written and spoken communication with global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with data management, autonomous-vehicle validation, or quality analysis.
- Familiarity with driving data, sensor data, or annotation workflows.
