Senior O2C Specialist (SAP)

Location: October 6 City, E-square, Egypt; onsite

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account monitoring.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger with the general ledger and prepare aging reports.
• Analyze collection status and credit risk exposure for the Financial Manager.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, doubtful debt provisions, and audit schedules.
• Maintain customer master data and credit limits while identifying opportunities to improve collection efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience focused on accounts receivable, credit control, or general accounting.
• Mandatory SAP proficiency; FI/CO module experience is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English is required. Arabic fluency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Arabic fluency.
