Animator (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.

What you will do

• Develop keyframe and motion capture animations for humanoid and creature characters.
• Deliver high-quality assets meeting client requirements with minimal supervision.
• Communicate regularly with the Lead Artist regarding task status and guidance.
• Continuously refine artistic skills and learn new in-house tools and software.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Maya, MotionBuilder, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with game engine technologies such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Solid understanding of animation principles including posing, timing, spacing, and exaggeration.
• Proven experience in motion capture post-processing, retargeting, and overlay animation.
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.
