Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist

What you will do

• Analyze paid, organic, and influencer social media performance.
• Evaluate campaign, audience, creative, market, and funnel performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable business and marketing insights.
• Identify trends, measurement opportunities, and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.
• Develop reports and dashboards using analytics and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, paid media analytics, marketing measurement, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing major social media platforms and interpreting campaign, audience, creative, and conversion data.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting and dashboard tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, campaign tracking, conversion measurement, and digital attribution.
• Ability to work in the Arlington, Texas office and perform desk-based duties during most of an eight-hour workday.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or marketing measurement.
• Experience measuring paid, organic, and influencer social media programs.
• Experience supporting multiple campaigns, markets, locations, or business units.
