Focus on building a differentiated SEO offering, driving regional revenue and profitability, developing senior talent, and integrating SEO across media, data, technology, UX, creative, CRM, social, and PR.

What you will do
- Set the regional SEO vision, strategy, operating model, governance, and annual plan.
- Own SEO revenue, profitability, forecasting, utilization, resourcing, quality, and growth targets.
- Advance the regional SEO proposition across technical SEO, content, digital PR, enterprise, local, commerce, measurement, experimentation, and emerging search experiences.
- Lead the evolution of SEO for generative AI, AI Overviews, answer engines, automation, structured data, entities, and changing search behavior.
- Build and develop the regional SEO leadership team, including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
- Drive new business, enterprise client growth, cross-practice integration, partnerships, pitches, proposals, and market visibility.
Requirements
- Significant experience in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience leading a substantial SEO team, department, regional practice, or business unit.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content, authority, analytics, commercial strategy, and modern search.
- Experience with generative AI, AI Overviews, answer engines, automation, and evolving user behavior.
- Experience with operating plans, revenue or margin targets, enterprise client relationships, and scalable service offerings.
- Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, commercial, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
