Salary: $93,500 - $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
- Lead the design and development of system integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and custom integration solutions.
- Configure and customize IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Design and implement Human Resources Service Delivery solutions including employee onboarding/offboarding workflows and case management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build technical specifications, and craft scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Build comprehensive unit tests, facilitate code reviews, and craft detailed user documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, including GlideScript and ServiceNow API integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
