TL;DR
Applications Developer, ServiceNow (Fintech): Design and deliver high-impact features and integrations for ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD modules with an accent on scalability, automation, and user experience. Focus on translating business needs into technical solutions that are reliable and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Location: The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment.
Salary: $93,500 - $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
- Lead the design and development of system integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and custom integration solutions.
- Configure and customize IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Design and implement Human Resources Service Delivery solutions including employee onboarding/offboarding workflows and case management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build technical specifications, and craft scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Build comprehensive unit tests, facilitate code reviews, and craft detailed user documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, including GlideScript and ServiceNow API integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
