CRM Software Engineer (Zoho)

Location: Egypt; remote

What you will do

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, forms, fields, permissions, workflows, blueprints, approvals, notifications, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support CRM functionality using Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, custom functions, and serverless integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and ERP, financial, support, marketing automation, eCommerce, and third-party systems.
• Support data migrations from Salesforce, NetSuite CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and legacy CRM platforms through mapping, transformation, validation, and import scripting.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues, monitor system performance, and maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with the Corporate CRM Architect, Business Analysts, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in CRM development, software engineering, or business systems development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM configuration, customization, development, workflow automation, and data migration.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, REST API integrations, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NetSuite CRM, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, data mapping, troubleshooting, Git or other source control platforms, and complex technical debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration or development.
