Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Developer & Consultant (Microsoft Fabric)

Location: Canada preferred; Toronto/GTA is a strong advantage. Remote or hybrid depending on the client project, with occasional onsite work in Toronto possible.

What you will do

• Deliver Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions for client projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Help define project scope and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Build, configure, test, and deliver data and business intelligence solutions.
• Manage assigned project work and deliverables independently, providing updates on risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team on architecture and complex technical questions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Experience delivering data and business intelligence solutions in a Microsoft environment.
• Previous consulting or client-facing project experience.
• Ability to understand requirements, contribute to project scope definition, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English and mid-to-senior professional experience are required.

Nice to have

• Based in Canada, ideally Toronto/GTA.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting company.
• Broader Microsoft data-platform experience beyond Fabric and Power BI.
• Ability to join projects for specific periods and become productive quickly.
