Senior Patisserie Chef (Innovation Center)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; onsite at the Innovation Center and customer sites, with domestic and international travel required

What you will do

• Develop innovative patisserie products, applications, and concepts aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Lead product development projects from ideation and formulation through final presentation and implementation.
• Create finished products that showcase hirify.global ingredients and technologies.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, masterclasses, and technical presentations at the Innovation Center and customer sites.
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Support commercial teams during customer visits and business development activities while maintaining product quality, consistency, and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Patisserie Chef, Executive Patisserie Chef, or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in patisserie production, dessert creation, and product development.
• Experience developing innovative patisserie concepts and bringing new ideas to market.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead customer-facing projects independently.
• Creativity, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English is preferred; unrestricted domestic and international travel is required.
