What you will do
- Define and implement go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
- Translate business needs into actionable systems, processes, and technology solutions.
- Create and maintain data systems, dashboards, reports, and documentation for GTM teams and leadership.
- Analyze demand, channel, and business data to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Improve data quality across Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of process and technology changes that increase GTM efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations at a B2B company.
- At least 4 years of experience working directly with B2B sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Sheets, and Slides.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, web application development, and SFDC MCP.
- Strong communication, business acumen, problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
