Site Reliability Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work model with the option to work remotely or from the Kyiv coworking hub

What you will do

• Improve staging observability by reducing alert noise, closing monitoring gaps, and building early-warning systems for production-like issues.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks affecting service stability, including message queue backpressure and resource limits.
• Establish cost and performance monitoring for AI-driven workloads in CI/CD pipelines, including AI agents and automated code reviews.
• Audit, harden, and maintain CI/CD pipeline configurations for secure and predictable software delivery.
• Extend reliability tooling, deployment checks, and feature-flag mechanisms in partnership with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Go or equivalent development experience transitioning into operations; ability to build production-grade tooling, microservices, and libraries.
• Experience maintaining internal software delivery tooling, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and mission-critical services.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, document system workflows, and advise developers on infrastructure best practices.
• Practical daily use of AI tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian are required.

Nice to have

• Platform or internal-product mindset, including service contracts, SLAs, documentation, and runbooks.
• Hands-on experience with Python or another secondary automation language.
• Experience with SLOs, error budgets, distributed tracing, and SRE-style alerting.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics or progressive delivery and feature-flag ecosystems.
