Cost Control Supervisor (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Check figures, postings, documents, cash, and financial records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Classify, code, summarize, store, and analyze financial data using journals, ledgers, and computerized systems.
• Prepare, audit, maintain, and distribute accounting, financial, payroll, and statistical reports.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reconcile and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and vendor invoices until payment is received or resolved.
• Coordinate work with other departments, assign tasks, mentor colleagues, and ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
