Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid schedule with occasional home office possible

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
• Design and optimize policy administration and servicing processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align requirements with delivered solutions.
• Support UAT, functionality validation, operational readiness, and process documentation.
• Contribute to change management, implementation planning, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis within insurance or financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of policy administration systems and operational workflows.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and availability for the Bratislava-based hybrid arrangement are required.
