Technical QA Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote - Philippines; work is scheduled during Philippine night-shift hours to collaborate with the U.S.-based team.

What you will do

• Audit Meta Ads copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters.
• Validate GoHighLevel automations, including logic, triggers, workflows, and email or SMS delivery settings.
• Review AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, compliance, prompt adherence, and brand alignment.
• Test marketing websites, booking forms, buttons, calls to action, SEO metadata, Google Business Profiles, and local SEO elements.
• Follow SOPs and checklists, document defects with annotated screenshots, and maintain structured QA reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing coordinators, copywriters, designers, developers, and strategists while communicating status, blockers, and resolutions through Slack, Asana, and shared documentation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
• Extreme attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while handling hundreds of audits per day and switching between platforms.
• Strong written English for clear, concise, client-ready communication.
• Experience or comfort with Asana, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets or Docs.
• Must be based in the Philippines and work Philippine night-shift hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zapier workflows, Google Business Profiles, local SEO, web assets, or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Experience in a high-volume agency or technology-enabled marketing environment.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI prompt QA.
