Senior Account Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $182,000–$242,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers across CoreWeave’s infrastructure, models, Weave, observability, and inference platform.
• Help AI teams train, deploy, scale, and optimize production workloads while increasing platform adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Managers on the commercial motion.
• Work with Specialist Field Engineers and customer teams to resolve technical blockers and business-critical needs.
• Represent customer feedback internally and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Experience running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems with enterprise customers and communicate effectively with engineering and executive audiences.
• Applicants must meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements, such as being a U.S. person, being eligible without export authorization, or being reasonably likely to obtain authorization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, and AI cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Slurm, Kubernetes, hyperparameter optimization, or experiment tracking.
• Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture for net-new customers or greenfield accounts.
• Familiarity with high-performance GPU infrastructure such as NVIDIA H100, H200, or B200, InfiniBand, and parallel file systems.
