Clinical Representative (Monarch Urology) (medical devices/robotics): Providing procedural support, technical expertise, physician education, and account-level sales support for the Monarch Urology robotic-assisted system across hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments with an accent on urology workflows, clinical adoption, and customer training. Focus on supporting live procedures, improving user proficiency and procedural efficiency, resolving technical issues, and driving system and disposable utilization across a heavily traveled territory.
Location: Field-based role covering the Capital Corridor territory across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, DC; ideally based in North Carolina. Requires travel up to 90% within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annual base pay, plus participation in a sales incentive compensation program.

What you will do
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise for physicians, nurses, and staff using the Monarch Urology platform.
- Support procedures in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, including live patient cases and required protective equipment.
- Deliver customer training, clinical education, product demonstrations, launch planning, and training events.
- Build clinical confidence, improve user competence and procedural efficiency, and support system and disposable utilization.
- Partner with sales leadership on account plans, referral development, product availability, and account-level sales activities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating issues and reporting complaints or technical concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree or medical certification and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in clinical work, medical device technical support or sales, procedural support, operating rooms, or healthcare.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
- Ability to work across hospital departments and ambulatory surgery centers, including live patient cases, hospital credentialing, and customer access requirements.
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 90% within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment while meeting applicable quality and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty.
- Account management, sales training, solutions selling, market knowledge, and issue escalation experience.
